Programs Requiring Application
The Heart Warrior Bootcamp, our 12-week intensive program, requires an application to ensure participants are ready for deep emotional healing work. Through the application process, we learn about your journey and how we can best support your transformation. This helps create a safe and powerful container for the intensive work of emotional healing and authentic reclamation.
The Heart Leader Certification represents a year-long commitment to developing the skills and presence of a heart-centered facilitator. Our comprehensive application process helps identify individuals who are ready to not only continue their own growth but also support others on their journey. We look for dedication to personal development, emotional maturity, and genuine desire to serve others through this work.
Medicine for the Heart Retreats offer profound experiences of transformation through ceremony, music, and community. Because of the depth of this work, we maintain a thorough screening process that includes medical history and personal readiness assessment. This ensures each participant can safely and fully engage with the ceremonial practices.
The Application Journey
Your application journey begins with an initial expression of interest in a specific program. Upon receiving your inquiry, we’ll share detailed information about the program and guide you through the next steps.
The heart of the process is your application form, where you’ll share your story, current life situation, and what calls you to this work. We invite you to be open and honest about your journey, as this helps us understand how to best support you. For certain programs, we’ll also need health information and specific background details.
Following your application, you’ll have a personal conversation with a program facilitator. This connection call is an opportunity to explore your readiness for the program, address any questions or concerns, and ensure mutual understanding of the journey ahead. It’s a chance for both you and us to feel into whether this is the right next step on your path.
After Your Application
Once you’ve completed your connection call, we’ll carefully review your full application. You’ll receive our response along with clear next steps for enrollment if accepted. This includes program agreements, payment information, and preparation materials to help you begin your journey well-equipped.
For the Heart Warrior Bootcamp, we recommend applying at least four weeks before the start date. The Heart Leader Certification requires more preparation time, so we suggest applying eight weeks in advance. Medicine for the Heart Retreats typically need six weeks for the complete screening process.

Financial Considerations

Payment plans are available for all programs, and we maintain a pay-it-forward fund that provides limited scholarships. All financial terms, including our refund policy, are clearly shared during the application process.
