The Heart Leader Certification is structured around mastering the Heart Leader OS—a comprehensive methodology divided into three essential levels of development:
Level 1: Practitioner

No previous coaching experience is required. What matters most is your commitment to personal growth and your genuine desire to help others transform through heart-centered work.
All sessions are recorded and made available within 24 hours. While we encourage live participation for the richest experience, you can still fully benefit from the program if you need to watch some sessions as recordings.
While this program is not currently ICF accredited, it provides comprehensive coaching skills that align with and often exceed ICF standards. Our focus is on deep transformational work through heart intelligence.
This certification uniquely combines practical coaching skills with spiritual development and heart-centered wisdom traditions. You’ll learn not just how to coach, but how to facilitate deep transformation through heart intelligence.
Graduates receive lifetime access to all course materials and continued participation in our graduate community. You’ll also have opportunities for advanced training and potential collaboration on future projects.
While there are no formal prerequisites, we recommend having some experience with personal development work, meditation, or spiritual practice. Most importantly, you should feel genuinely called to this work.
The program requires approximately 3 hours per week. This includes 90-minute weekly live sessions, as well as practices, journaling exercises, reading, and other ‘growth-work’.
That’s what the application process is for. Through our conversation, we’ll explore together whether this is the right next step for you. Many participants initially felt “not ready” but found they were more prepared than they thought.
